At Ecuagenera, we strive to ensure your home is filled with vibrant, healthy plants, but we understand that sometimes nature requires a different approach. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, our dedicated team is here to facilitate a smooth return or replacement process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Document Your Receipt

    Upon the arrival of your plants or home decor, please take clear photos of the items and their packaging, especially if there are signs of transit stress or damage.

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the photos you captured to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Prepare the Shipment

    Carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials, ensuring plants are secured to prevent further movement, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once our specialists have inspected the returned items at our greenhouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a healthy replacement immediately.
